About Me
Duncan Ford BA(Hons) Lic.Ac MBAcC
I work with people who are living with chronic pain, arthritis autoimmune conditions and who are tired of being told 'this is just how it is now'
Chronic pain isn't just about joints or damage-it's influenced by inflammation, the nervous system and immune activity. When those systems stay overloaded, pain often becomes persistent, unpredictable and exhausting.
My role is to help you understand your pain properly, calm the systems driving it, and guide you through a structured recovery process-so you can mover more freely, feel safer in your body, and stop planning life around pain.
