About Me

Duncan Ford BA(Hons) Lic.Ac MBAcC

My name is Duncan Ford Ba (Hons) Lic.Ac MBAcC, i obtained my degree in Acupuncture at CTA which before its closure was the largest Acupuncture College in Europe. I am fully committed to the practice of Acupuncture in all its forms and continuously work to develop myself professionally, so as to be able to provide the best possible care for my patients.

How often

That depends on what it is we are treating and i usally offer a tailor made sessions for each individual 

First Consultation 

The first consultation involves taking a medical history and a detailed disscussion of symptoms.

Giving blood

Current recommendations are not to give blood for at least 4 months of receiving acupuncture, but we hope thats going to change soon. 

Safety

Acupuncture has an exceptionally good safety record.

Sterile 

Yes the needles are sterile and come in blister packs and are for single use.

Pregnancy

Acupuncture is helpful during pregnancy and there are no established risks to pregnancy.
